Isolée – L5 Syndrome

Some lovely underground House doings from Isolée; showing off his usual style and class once again. This tune is from the 2017 EP ‘Mangroove’.

Margaret Dygas – Saasafras

Playful, spacious, and freaky minimal House from Dygas; which featured on last years ‘Superlongevity 6’ compilation on Perlon. As ever with Dygas and Perlon, a class act.

Cassy – Somelightuntothenight

Dreamy, sultry Deep House from the UK’s Cassy; circa 2007.

Martyn – U1-U8

Some nice Housey doings from his 2015 EP “Falling For You”.

Bambooman – M1

From March’s ‘Shudder’ EP, ‘M1’ delivers some lovely straight(ish) ahead underground House moves from a man who also likes to delves into abstractions from time to time (he’ll go anywhere from abstract Hip-Hop/downbeat, through Ambient Electronica, to to field recordings). That man is Leeds based Kirk Barley. Keep an eye on this guy.

Octo Octa – Fleeting Moments Of Freedom (Wooo)

Cracking underground House from Brooklyn-based Maya Bouldry-Morrison, and is from their 2017 album ‘Where Are We Going?’.

Innerspace Halflife – Body Flicker

Deep and lovely Chicago House. You know the kind, the kind that is as futuristic and spaced out as Detroit Techno. Yeah, that kind; from this duo’s 2015 EP ‘Village Hidden In The Sound’

K. Alexi Shelby – All For Lee-Sah

Absolutely class Chicago Acid House here; with a track some may recognise from Hawtin’s ‘DE9 Transmissions’. A real slice of sexy, minimal House music from 1989.

A Guy Called Gerald – @ RTS.FM; 16.04.2011: LIVE

Gerald doing his thing; including covering Adonis’ ‘No Way Back’, and playing out his own stone cold hit ‘Voodoo Ray’.; as well as a version of 808 State’s ‘Pacific’ (Gerald was in 808 State then and, many say, was the guy who wrote it). This guy is a true UK Techno hero; along with the likes of Baby Ford, Andrew Weatherall, and Mark Broom. Goes all DnB at the end, which is a shame; but worth a  look for the first hour and 15 minutes.

Appleblim – Fluorescent

Lovely mix of 2-Step and Underground House (House-Step?) from UK’s Appleblim a.k.a Laurie Osborne. This infectious slice of loveliness is from 2013.
