Appleblim & Peverelist – Circling

Less concerned with the dancelfoor, and more a soundtrack for a paranoid walk through the City streets at night. This is the 2008 collaboration between the two UK producers.

Bambooman – Feel

Sparse Dubstep/Nu Garage from the Leeds mans 2017 EP; also titled ‘Feel’.

Burial + Four Tet + Thom Yorke ‎– Ego / Mirror

All three artists put their distinctive stamp onto both of the tracks on this 2011 EP. Both pieces are ethereal at times, yet not mournful, and are positively upbeat compared to the recent collaboration this trio recently embarked upon.

Burial – Near Dark

Perfect music for a dark, rainy London during wintertime. From Burial’s 2007 album ‘Untrue’.

James Blake – Postpone

Keri Hilson’s ‘Slow Dance’ is pocked and prodded in this leftfield Dubstep number from Blake’s 2010 EP ‘CMYK’.

Burial – Truant

Super-lovey fuzzy, submerged electronic Dub with some House flavours. This, along with the B Side ‘Rough Sleeper’, is a true modern masterpiece. From 2012.

Burial & Four Tet – Nova

Another tidy collaboration from these two. You can really hear who does what on this; if you’re familiar with their work in general that is. From 2012.

Burial & Four Tet – Wolf Cub

The slippery, shuffling 2-Step of Burial as the undertow to Fout Tet’s sparkly topping. This is from 2009, and is the B-Side to the duo’s ‘Moth’ track.

Appleblim and Peverelist – Circling

Warm, enveloping Dubstep from the duo’s 2008 collaboration EP, ‘Soundboy’s Ashes Get Hacked Up And Spat Out In Disgust’.

Burial & Four Tet – Moth

Soft, snuggly machine frugging from the 2 South London guys. This was released in 2009 on the Moth / Wolf Cub 12″.
