Slapp Happy – Michelangelo

70’s MOR via Prog band Slapp Happy from their original 1973 album “Acnalbasac Noom”. This was going to be released as Casablanca moon, and had Jean Herve-Peron, Gunther Wusthoff, and Werner “Zappi” Diermaier in on the act. It was turned down by the professional hippy capitalist Richard Branson, who got in session hacks to re-record the album. The result was nowhere near as pleasing as the Faust effort, and luckily the original recording was made available by Recommended Records.
